Laptop Program - John Henry Primary School

We are delighted to be able to provide details of our Laptop program for your child in readiness for the start of 2023. This is applicable to all John Henry Primary School students in Years 4, 5 and 6 in 2023 that do not yet have Edunet procured devices.

Our School Council has once again partnered with Edunet to implement this program, and towards the bottom of this page, you will find some useful information from them to assist you in your decision-making.

If you still require additional information from Edunet or would like to know how we use these devices at school, we have lined up an information session which is scheduled for Thursday 28th July 2022 at 6:00 pm. This will be held online and will feature John Henry staff, representative of both Leadership and Classroom Teachers, as well as Edunet staff and a DET Technician. The details of how to access this online session are below and will also be shared on Compass.

Important Dates:

Thursday 28th July 2022 – Online information session to be held at 6:00 pm. Details to follow closer to the date.

Friday 11th November 2022* – All orders placed before this date will be delivered to John Henry Primary School in time for us to have them ready to come home before the end of Term 4, 2022.

Tuesday 20th December 2022* – All orders placed before this date (but after the initial order cut-off) will have the devices ready to go in time for Day 1 of the 2023 school year.

For all orders placed after this date, devices will be delivered as soon as possible but they may not be ready in time for the start of the 2023 school year.

* Please note that delivery dates are subject to specific device availability and any differences to these dates are clearly identified on the portal at the time of ordering.
