All items are made to order and are on a 6 week lead time.
Due to the minimum order requirements of these items orders will be placed once per Semester. Cut off dates for order and payment will be clearly publicised on Compass and on our Facebook page as well as in our school newsletters.

Payment can be made by either a credit or a debit card with the Visa or Mastercard symbol on it.

Wan’t to pay cash? No problem. Come in to the office and see Rob. You can buy a coupon for the value of your purchase to check out online.
Items will not be shipped. You will be contacted when they are available for collection from the school office. Orders will be collated once per Term and placed with our supplier. Orders are subject to a minimum order quantity and have a 6 week lead time.
Unfortunately we will be unable to offer any exchanges or refunds for items that have been ordered with incorrect sizing or spelling errors where asked to add text. These items are made specifically based on the orders that we receive. John Henry Primary School will carry no stock. If you are unsure on sizing, samples are available in the school office for you to ‘try before you buy.’
